Solidly built cruiser will stand up to a blow and the daily rigors of cruising. Generous interior accommodations with loads of storage space. 5 over head hatchs, 10 SS portals, plus 1 portal in aft berth allow for plenty of ventilation, screens for all except aft berth portal. Hull design features integral long keel and skeg mounted rudder for superior tracking. Hull bottom was soda blasted and barrier coated in 2009. Ablative anti-fouling. Brand new Force 10 LPG 2 burner range just installed.

Propeller: 3 Blade MaxProp feathering prop. Have original 3 blade prop as spare.

Tanks
Water: 70 Gallons
Fuel: 18 Gallons, replaced in 2008.
Holding: 20 Gallons with manual discharge pump when offshore.

Accommodations
Sleeps realistically 5 adults.
Single head/shower. Head was replaced in 2006, head pump just replaced.
Number of cabins: 2. Main cabin and forward stateroom with v-berth. Head is accessible from main cabin and forward stateroom. Main cabin consists of 2 sette’s which convert to berths. There is a fold down table. The galley has a double sink with filtered water, Adler Barbour refrigerator, just installed an electric pump to drain refrigerator. Brand new Force 10 2 burner LPG range. There is plenty of interior storage throughout. The aft berth/nav station area can be partitioned off for additional privacy.

Electronics
Depth Sounder: Raymarine, ST60 + replaced in 2006. Additional transducer installed as a backup.
Wind Instrument: Raymarine, ST60 + replaced in 2008.
Chartplotter: Garmin 545 at helm, installed in 2008.
VHF: Standard Horizon Eclipse, new antenna and coax in 2008. Also have emergency backup antenna.
Stereo: JVC AM/FM/HD Radio, CD player, iPod port with removable face plate, installed 2010. 2 bookshelf speakers in main cabin.


Sails
1 Fully battened mainsail with Dutchman flaking system. Main can be reefed from the cockpit.
1 Standard size genoa on Harken roller furler.
1 150% genoa.
1 Storm sail
1 Asymmetrical cruising chute with sock. We’ve never used this, the previous owner did not include the blocks.

Rigging
Single masthead sloop design with Harken roller furler.
ISO Mat mast. Completely rewired in 2008 (VHF coax, wind instrument, LED anchor light, steaming light). Sheaves also replaced in 2008. Spinaker crane installed in 2008. Masthead and spreaders are bird spiked.
Davis windex with bird spike.

Plumbing
70 gallon water tank, hot and cold water at both galley sink and head sink. Shower faucet doubles as a shower sprayer.
6 gallon hot water tank heated via AC power or engine freshwater loop.
Water filter installed on galley sink, new 2011.
Saltwater washdown for large anchor locker.
Shower sump pump in head.

Electrical
30 Amp shore power outlet. Comes with two 30 amp cord sets as well as a 50 amp - 30 amp converter cord.
House bank consists of 3 deep cycle batteries totaling 315 ampere hours, separate start battery.
Inverter/charger
Heart Interface Link 1000
Solar panel - allows for extended stays away from shore power.
Numerous lights and 12 volt accessory outlets throughout.
All AC outlets are GFI.

Canvas (Maroon)
Mainsail cover, replaced in 2006
Dodger, replaced in 2006
Bimini with dodger connector, added in 2006.

Ground Tackle
22lb. Delta plow anchor with 35ft of 5/16” HT chain and 250ft of ⅝” 3 strand nylon. Rode is marked every 25ft.
Windlass for above anchor and rode.
Danforth anchor (spare).

Safety Equipment
Includes all required USCG equipment including, electric bilge pump (replaced in 2005 including wiring harness), manual bilge pump, MOB horseshoe retrieval kit, flares, etc.

Kato Davits will hold our 8.6 ft RIB dinghy and motor.
